CPLC Chief Zubair Habib and its members were also present on the occasion. The Governor Sindh said that apart from other initiatives of CPLC, its Neighborhood Care Project (NCR), which is operating in 21 areas of City, has been a huge success as it has involved and integrated the local communities very well and due to this project the rate of street crimes has fallen dramatically in these localities.
