1. Contact CPLC 24/7 Call Centre helplines: 1102, 021-35662222 & 021-35682222 or visit any CPLC Office for lodging complaint of lost/runaway person or Child.
2. Provide a recent photograph / sketch of the lost/runaway person or child to CPLC along with his / her personal details including mobile number, etc.
3. CPLC will immediately contact the complainant for a personal hearing to evaluate the complaint of lost/ runaway person or child.
4. CPLC assists the Police/LEAs in locating the lost/runaway person or child with the assistance of technical details, if available.
