Managing Police Complaint Cell where FIRs are being lodged through CPLC intervention to victims of crimes and accidents. Police Complaint Cells were established at all CPLC Offices in 1998 for
- Registration of FIR.
- Excesses committed by Police
- Medico Legal Complaint Centers were also established at CPLC to facilitate citizens for conducting medico legal examination from the respective hospitals and letters for Medico Legal examination are issued to victims of crimes and accidents.
- A panel of Medico Legal Officers, including a lady MLO has been constituted for each government hospital to ensure their availability in case of emergencies.
- The medical board has been empowered to call for a written clarification from MLO on complaint of victim.
Initiative taken by CPLC in the year 1992 where Computerized Motor Vehicle Registration Records were started for Karachi and later expanded to Entire Sindh. Under this project Government issued Number Plates along with Tamper Proof Motor Vehicle Registration Book and a system of Computerized Tax Collection was developed to prevent tax evasion.
